Maximizing every inch with custom cabinetry and a clever selection of multifunction furnishings, was key in the success of this 34 square meter (365 sq, ft.) pied a terre in the Marais. Doing so allowed for a full kitchen, a full size washer and a dryer, dining capacity of 8, 2 separate sleeping areas (one queen and one twin bed). Luggage storage, 3 wardrobes, 3 shoe closets, and a place for ironing board, linen and vacuum or practically anything else one could think of and, of course, display cases, just because it’s nice to have pretty things around!
